The myth of the student turned brilliant startupper is far from being the norm. It’s actually the opposite: the successful entrepreneur is 42 on average. Because of my family background, I took the slow track to entrepreneurship: at 30, I got a key role in the creation of a digital agency; at 45, I co-founded Fast-Up Partners. Data show that you’d be an even better entrepreneur if you have developed all the right skills. That’s what we’re doing with the young Fast-uppers. We just try to accelerate this learning curve in 3 action-packed years.
